Emerald Villas is the ideal luxurious place for those who pursue high quality and privacy for their vacation. On the unspoiled North Coast of Zakynthos you will find the traditional mountain village of Agios Nikolas located in the area known as Volimes.
The Villa
Emerald Villas have been constructed with love and respect to the natural environment’s beauty using natural stone and wood, bringing “nature’s spirit” into our hearts. There are eight individual detached stone villas with their own private swimming pool, private garden area with sun loungers and umbrellas offering a magnificent view overlooking the Ionian sea.
All villas have been tastefully decorated and have 2 bedrooms. This Villa Type II (80m2) can accommodate 4-6 persons.
In total there are 8 villas, 4 like Type I and 4 like Type II.
This Villa Type II has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom with Jacuzzi, large veranda and balcony, air-condition, Sat TV, Internet access and safety deposit box.

The captivating charm of this area is what inspired us to build our beautiful traditional luxury villas. The peaceful and picturesque surroundings which respect your privacy, can be found here on one of the most beautiful places of the Island of Zakynthos, Greece.
Emerald Villas stand detached in a large mountain plot with spectacular a view of the Ionian Sea, the Blue Caves and the lush greenery of the mountains of Agios Nikolas.
Agios Nikolaos is famous for the Blue Caves, Shipwreck and the wonderful Makris Gialos beach.
Agios Nikolaos is only 30km away from the main city of Zakynthos where you can also find the main port of the island. If you choose is to visit the island by private boat, you can moor your boat at the port of Agios Nikolas which is only 300m away from Emerald Villas.
Agios Nikolas is well known for its fresh fish. You can find seaside restaurants serving delicious fresh fish of your choice or if you wish, you can find many places where you can do your own fishing.
