The Town Hall Junior Apartments are located in downtown, in Budapest, on the newly renovated Kirly utca (King street). Most of the clubs, shops and coffee houses are in walking distance.
In total, in the same building there are 12 Apartments: 2 Town Hall Studios, 6 Town Hall Junior Apartments, 2 Town Hall Senior Apartments, 1 Town Hall Senior Baby and 1 Town Hall Junior Luxury.The apartment
This 58 sqm apartment has a spacious living-room with a sofa-bed, a separate bedroom with a king size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an 8 m2 furnished terrace. It can accomodate up to 4 adults thanks to its sofa-bed.
The living-room is equipped with new furniture, air-conditioning and is provided with Internet connection. Satellite TV also available for you to enjoy English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Greek and Hungarian channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary facilities (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.).
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a hair-dryer, and an iron.
All bed-sheets, towels, toiletries, bathrobe, new hygienic slippers and toilet paper are provided for our guests.

Rates:

-Discounts allowed for longer stays depending on duration and season.
High and Low Season:
-Low Season prices apply from 31 October to 30 March;
-High Season prices apply from 31 March to 30 October;
-Plus 30% during the Formula 1 Grand Prix from 3 to 5 August included;
-Plus 30% during New Year's Eve from 29 to 31 December included.

How will I get the keys?
The manager of the apartment will wait for you in front of the building to show you the apartment.
Payment Upon Arrival
Full Payment is due in cash upon the day of arrival.
Credit Card details
- Your credit card will not be charged upon booking. It is strictly used only to guarantee your reservation. It will be charged only in case of no show as written in cancellation policy.
- Your credit card will be debited, as necessary, on your check out day. In case if you do not show up without cancelling your reservation your credit card will be also debited as you can read above.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of a reservation for individuals should be given at least 24 hours before arrival. Failure to do so will lead to the fee for 1 nights stay being charged to your credit card by the apartment's manager.
- Cancellation of a reservation for groups should be given at least 30 day before arrival. Failure to do so will lead to the fee for 1 nights stay being charged to your credit card by the apartment's manager.
- Prices based on 1 person, supplements are added for extra guests, please enquire for final price.
- No charge for children under 12.
- Payment due in cash upon arrival. All major currencies accepted.
