Rome Short Stay Apartment
The Lux Apartments are located just behind Porta Maggiore and 2 km away from Termini Station. The closest subway station is Manzoni, only 10 minutes walking distance from us. Also being close to Termini Station assures fast connections to all city destinations: only 2 subway stops away from the Colosseum.
The Apartments
All of our 13 flats are 1st class, brand new, modernly furnished and fully serviced with all comforts; also ideal for extended stay accommodation.
The apartments consist of an entrance hall, one double size bedroom, a living room with 2 convertible sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with shower. Each flat also benefits of its own private garage.
Apartments dispose of armoured entry doors with magnetic card lock, electric shutters, smoke detectors and fire alarms and fire doors. The building benefits of two lifts, video entry phone and is controlled by a CCTV system.
Each flat can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and a minimum of a 3 night stay is required. Pets of any size are not permitted.

LUX APPARTAMENTI offers several services for a comfortable stay and thus suitable for longer periods.
Equipment included in all apartments can be seen to the right under amenities.
Services included in our prices:
Garage, electricity, water, gas, central heating, air conditioning, internet connection (LAN & WI-FI), VAT, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen, cleaning at the end of the stay, once a week tidying with change of linen. Guest are responsible for the daily cleaning.
Paid services on demand:
- Phone at a predefined rates.
- Use of vending machines.
- Additional bed linen and towels change €5 per person.
- Extra apartment cleaning €20.
- Transfer to/from airport at cost by rented car.
- Arranged tour visit by an agency at cost.
Reception:
Reception is available only at guests' arrival and departure and has to be agreed in advance.
Arrival Information
From Fiumicino Airport
TrainBus: “Non stop” train Leonardo Express arrives at Termini Station in 30 min (€11).
From Termini Station take bus 14 which will arrive at Porta Maggiore in 5 stops, just 76m to LUX.Taxi: About 40 min trip (€40 fixed price).
Car:Take highway Roma-Fiumicino and follow the directions to Rome centro (30 Km, about 45 min).
From Ciampino Airport
Bus: The airport is served by several bus connections which take you to Termini Station (40 min, €10).
Taxi: About 30 min trip (€30).
Car: Take Via Appia Nuova and follow the directions to Roma Centro (15 km, 30 min).
From Termini Station
Bus: Bus 14 takes you to Porta Maggiore Station in 5 stops, just 76m to LUX.
Taxi: About 10 min trip (€6).
By foot: About 15min from Station main entrance to LUX.
Highway: From the highway A1 (Firenze or Napoli) or A24 (L'Aquila) take the GRA exit to Roma Est and follow the directions to Roma Centro. LUX is just 200m away from the exit of Tangenziale Est.
Terms & Conditions
- Price for each additional person is € 20 per day, price indicated are for two persons.
- Free accommodation for one child up to 5 years of age per apartment.
- A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required.
Arrival information
Check-in: apartments will be available from 14.00 to 19.00. Arrivals outside these hours, have to be agreed with the reception after booking.
Check-out: please leave apartments by 10.00 am on the date of departure.
Any damage found at check-out will be charged on the basis of the pre-agreed inventory list.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations up to 15 days before the booked arrival date you will not be charged any penalties.
- From 14 to 3 days before arrival, a 10% of the total amount due will be charged.
- From 2 days before arrival and in case of no-show, a 20% of the amount due will be charged.
- Prices for 2 people; Price for each additional person is € 20 per day.
- Free accommodation for one child up to 5 years of age per apartment.
