Barcelona Short Stay Apartment
El Mercat de Gracia is a spacious and very bright apartment, located just in front of the traditional covered Gracia marketplace. This area, with its pedestrian streets and shady squares with mandarine trees, has well kept the atmosphere of the village it used to be 100 years ago. The apartment is well equipped, and the livingroom even has a piano where music lovers may feel free to express their deepest emotions.
The Location
Located in the very centre of the Gracia district, there are two underground stops at 500 m: Fontana (green line) and Joanic (yellow line). This charming bohemian neighbourhood offers an amazing variety of restaurants, bars, terraces, boutiques and cultural activities. After walking down less than 10 minutes, you will reach the prestigious Diagonal Avenue, the Paseo de Gracia and the Eixample area with its modernist buildings.
The Apartment
This 100 m2 apartment is located on a first floor (with elevator) in a building from only 2004. It has a spacious living and dining area with balcony and a large separate kitchen with bar, a great place to enjoy your breakfast. The flat has two bedrooms with a double bed, each with its own bathroom with bath/shower combination. The livingroom and main bedroom give out on the street, while the second bedroom gives out on the inner courtyard. A large private terrace and a separate office complete the offer. Moreover the price includes the use of a parking lot in the same building, as well as a weekly cleaning service.

Notes
- Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40€ surcharge.
- Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 20 € per night.
- A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations.
- Late check-in (after 20:00) and early check out /before 8:00), as well as check-in and check-out on Sundays, have a 30 € surcharge.
- Per stay there will be a cleaning fee of 60 to 90 €. This cleaning will be performed prior to your arrival.
- For an occupation of three people or more, an additional 5 € per person per cleaning will be charged.
- Upon arrival a guarantee of between EUR 100 to EUR 500 will be asked (depending on the apartment). This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 3100 € per month.
