London Short Stay Apartment
The Boardwalk are contemporary one, two and three bedroom apartments situated in one of London's newest business district, Canary Wharf.
The apartments at The Boardwalk have modern and spacious living and dining areas with sophisticated furnishings, fully equipped contemporary kitchens and luxury queen-size beds.
There is secure parking on site. Use the black key fob attached to the apartment keys to operate the black gates either side of the 34-44 Boardwalk Place building, and park in the space allocated to the relevant apartment. Extra fees apply for the use of the parking bays.
The Location
Canary Wharf is a dynamic business district that boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs, wine bars as well as health care and leisure facilities. This vibrant cosmopolitan area is home to leading international companies and this unique location has open public spaces including parks, squares and promenades.Directions to Board Walk
The nearest station is Blackwall, on the Docklands Light Railway. Leave the station, walking through the under pass until the walkway gets to street level. Turn left and walk for 200 yards (McDonald's should be on the opposite side of the road) and turn left onto Boardwalk Place (the street is signed). 34-44 is half way up Boardwalk Place.

Prices and Payment
- All rates are quotes in local currency (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise on the confirmation.
- Full payment will be taken seven (7) days prior to arrival (on the day of booking if less than 7 days prior to arrival) if less than 28 nights.
- For reservations over 28 nights an invoice will be sent on a monthly basis and the initial payment of 28 days has been taken subject to credit approval. A valid credit card must be provided on booking.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be advised in writing:
- Reservations for 28 nights and more, 14 days notice to cancel. If less than 14 days notice, 7 days nights will be charged.
- Reservations for 27 nights or less, 7 days notice to cancel. If less than 7 days notice, 7 nights or entire reservation (whichever is greater) will be charged.
All amended reservations must be sent in writing and confirmed by the accommodation provider 14 or 7 days prior to arrival.

Anytime after 15:00 hours.
Any early arrivals must be confirmed with reservations prior to arrival and may be chargeable.
Check-Out
10:00 hours.
Late check-out can be arranged with reservations the day prior to departure, please see below for charges:
Confirmed prior to departure= £15.00 + VAT per hour up until 1pm (may be negotiable depending on availability)
Unconfirmed= £30.00 + VAT per hour up until 2pm, after this time you will be charged for an additional night plus £150.00 + VAT.
