Barcelona Short Stay Apartment
Magi's Garden is a spectacular house from the thirties with English decoration, irradiating lots of character and charm. With its 280 m2 and its 100 m2 garden with a small swimming pool and sauna it is a pleasant place where up to ten persons can easily feel at home.
The attractive and cosy house is distributed over three floors, with six bedrooms in total. The ground floor has a spacious 60 m2 living and dining area facing the garden, a large separate kitchen and a bathroom.
On the first floor you will find a 30 m2 suite with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace giving out on the garden. There is also a second double bedroom, another single room with an extra bed and another fully equipped bathroom.

The second floor is almost like a self-contained apartment. It includes a double bedroom with terrace facing the garden, a small kitchen and a full bathroom as well as two single bedrooms. These face a very bright 30 m2 living-room. Both living-rooms downstairs and upstairs, as well as the suite on the first floor have air-conditioning.
The Location
The house is set in a small and tranquil street surrounded by other houses with a garden, a real oasis in Barcelona city centre. It is located in the Gracia district, with its many pedestrian streets, authentic restaurants, bars, boutiques and workshops and a wide cultural offer. The redesigned Plaza Lesseps is only a block away; on this large square you will find an amphitheatre, a playground and the new emblematic Jaume Fuster library, with its enjoyable terrace heading towards the square.The green underground line (stop Lesseps) is only 150 m away; in just five minutes it will take you to the prestigious Paseo de Gracia or the central Catalunya Square.
