Decorated and furnished in classical style to create a home away from home the Mayfair House III E has one master bedroom with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed and a en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a third bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge area. This suite accommodates up to 7 persons.

Mayfair House is conveniently located in the heart of London's prestigious Mayfair. Situated in Shepherds Market just off Park Lane and is perfectly placed for the celebrated West End Theaters, restaurants and designer stores.

Payment
Security Deposit Cancellation Policy
- You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
- During the summer period from 15 June to 15th August full balance of accommodation is required 30 days prior arrival date.
- You can pay by cash ( Uk currency), credit / debit card, cheque or Bank transfer - the payments made by Bank transfer or cheque need to be cleared out 14 days prior arrival date (30 days during summer period: 15 June to 15 August).
- Credit Card Charges: Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa.
- Cards Accepted: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Security Deposit
Please note that on arrival we require a security / damages deposit. This is made by credit card authorisation transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made. An authorisation transaction is NOT DEBITED from the card holders account. The amount is held for a short period of time and is automatically cancelled.
- Notification of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge (30 days prior to arrival date for bookings during the summer: 15 June to 15 August).
- For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior to arrival date for bookings during the summer: 15 June to 15 August), you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
