The Location
The Spitalfields property is located in a quite side street running of Bishopsgate, London. The property is ideally located between Old Spitalfields Market, Brick Lane and Liverpool Street station and is in close proximity to the City and Shoreditch. There are also numerous galleries, restraints and bars in the immediate vicinity.
The property is well placed for public transport with Liverpool Street Railway and Underground Station (Central, Circle and Hammersmith & Metropolitan Lines) located within a 2 minute walk. Aldgate (Circle and Hammersmith & Metropolitan Lines) and Aldgate East (District and Hammersmith & Metropolitan Lines), both situated within an 8 minute walk.
Central London and the West End are 4.5 miles from the site and within a 15 minutes drive.
Airport: London City Airport is located only 7 miles (20 minutes by car) to the west and Stansted airport is situated approximately 35 miles to the north.
How to get to Spitalfields
Depart from Liverpool station from the Bishopsgate exit, turn left at the station, cross over at the first set of traffic lights. Artillery Lane will be located on your third right. The apartment building is located on your right hand side.

Prices and Payment
- All rates are quotes in local currency (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise on the confirmation.
- Full payment will be taken seven (7) days prior to arrival (on the day of booking if less than 7 days prior to arrival) if less than 28 nights.
- For reservations over 28 nights an invoice will be sent on a monthly basis and the initial payment of 28 days has been taken subject to credit approval. A valid credit card must be provided on booking.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be advised in writing:
- Reservations for 28 nights and more, 14 days notice to cancel. If less than 14 days notice, 7 days nights will be charged.
- Reservations for 27 nights or less, 7 days notice to cancel. If less than 7 days notice, 7 nights or entire reservation (whichever is greater) will be charged.
All amended reservations must be sent in writing and confirmed by the accommodation provider 14 or 7 days prior to arrival.

Check-In
Anytime after 15:00 hours.
Any early arrivals must be confirmed with reservations prior to arrival and may be chargeable.
Check-Out
10:00 hours.
Late check-out can be arranged with reservations the day prior to departure, please see below for charges:
Confirmed prior to departure= £15.00 + VAT per hour up until 1pm (may be negotiable depending on availability)
Unconfirmed= £30.00 + VAT per hour up until 2pm, after this time you will be charged for an additional night plus £150.00 + VAT.
