The Fountain House Standard apartments are one bedroom units featuring one double bedroom with a king-size bed, a sitting-room with a convertible sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. The Fountain House building has magnificent views over London. All Fountain House apartments have broadband and satellite TV and all modern amenities. A 24hr monitored CCTV service ensures security.

One bedroom
There is a king size bed and a convertible sofa bed in the lounge. Separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Can accommodate up to 3 people
Two bedroom Standard & Superior
There are 2 x double beds, a sofa bed in the lounge and one bathroom. Separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Can accommodate up to 5 people. The Superior two bedroom is newly refurbished with air conditioning. The Standard two bedroom has portable air conditioning unit.
Three bedroom
There are 3 x double beds and 2 bathrooms, plus one sofa bed in lounge. Separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Can accommodate up to 7 people. The Superior three bedroom is newly refurbished with air conditioning. The Standard three bedroom has portable air conditioning unit.
The Location
Close to Lancaster Gate Tube station and only 5 minutes from Paddington Station and the Heathrow shuttle, Fountain House overlooks the famous Italians Gardens of Hyde Park.
At walking distance from the famous paintings of the Wallace Collection in Manchester Square and close to Oxford street shops and the world class famous restaurants of Queensway and Noting Hill, not to mention the picturesque and peaceful Hyde Park, Fountain House is perfectly positioned to accommodate all needs.
Additional Information
- The photos shown are representative of the level of quality and style, each apartment is decorated individually to the same standards.
- The apartment you are allocated is at the discretion of the apartment manager and it may not be the one shown in the photos.
- You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
- During the summer period from 15 June to 15th August full balance of accommodation is required 30 days prior arrival date.
- You can pay by cash ( Uk currency), credit / debit card, cheque or Bank transfer - the payments made by Bank transfer or cheque need to be cleared out 14 days prior arrival date (30 days during summer period: 15 June to 15 August).
- Credit Card Charges: Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below). Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3.5% for American Express, 3% for Mastercard or Switch/Maestro and 2% for Visa.
- Cards Accepted: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Security Deposit
- Notification of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge (30 days prior to arrival date for bookings during the summer: 15 June to 15 August).
- For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior to arrival date for bookings during the summer: 15 June to 15 August), you would be liable for the full cost of the stay unless the apartment can be re-let.
