The Loft Blanco has been recently renovated from an old factory, in the Chamartin exclusive district, by a prestigious company dedicated to developing luxury lofts in top city locations. The design is of Nieto Sobejano Architects, recent winners of the National Spanish Award of Architecture.
The loft is 86 sq meters and a great place to stay. It is distributed in two levels with two sets of acoustic-insulated wndows in the upper-level (mezzanine). Plenty of privacy is afforded with modern and both translucid and opaque curtains. An electronic “domotic” system controls the lighting and security.
The architects have carefully selected the vanguard furniture to suit the property and the loft has been decorated to exquisite tastes which creates an atmosphere which is both refreshing and cosy. This short stay apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for short or longer stays; fridge, freezer, oven & microwave etc. for the kitchen; and all modern appliances such as plasma TV, free internet etc. for all your entertainment needs.
The loft is fully air-conditioned with an in-floor cooling and heating system. Additionally there is a 7 m2 private storage room in the basement. The building also has a laundry area with washing machines and driers for use by all tenants at no extra cost.

The Loft Blanco is located halfway between the Chamartín and Salamanca districts of Madrid - the two most exclusive areas of Madrid - and close to Paseo de la Castellana avenue and with excellent transport connections by bus and underground. Parking is also available.
The Chamartín district of Madrid is a modern residential area with gardens and quiet streets. There is also one of the best markets located here, the Potosi Market. Naturally there are plenty of restaurants, tapas bars and coffee bars etc. and also opportunities for live music and clubbing. The area is connected to the IFEMA Exhibition Area of Madrid and the Real Madrid Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
Check-in/out
a) It is possible to check-in starting from 3:00 PM (15:00) up to 8:00 PM (20:00). Earlier check-in may be possible but not guaranteed. Later than 8:00 PM (20:00) check-in may be possible.
b) The check-out time is 12:00 AM (12:00) on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
c) The check-in process commences at the apartment’s address.
Prices
a) A minimum stay of 3 nights applies to all bookings.
b) Discounts may be arranged for large groups and long stays.
c) Government tax (VAT), tourist taxes and other taxes are included in all prices.
d) Bedlinen and towels are included in all prices.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 200 EUR must be made prior to check-in in cash, through bank transfer or via a credit card authorization to be completed by the client. In any case 30 EUR will be retained for the final compulsory cleaning.
Booking Payments
a) 10% of the booking amount will be charged directly after the booking.
b) 90% of the booking amount will be charged upon arrival or in any case before the check-in.
c) Payments upon booking may be made using either Visa or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
a) If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the check-in date, only the booking pre-payment (10%) will be retained.
b) If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less in advance of the check-in date, then 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained.
