The Suites
The one-bedroom Suites (480 Sq. Ft) have good open view overlooking the city and include 1 double bed, a separate sitting area, individual air-conditioning, 1 bathroom with tub/shower; they all have an equipped kitchen for simple cooking and all the other facilities listed.
The one-bedroom Suites have one double bed and it is ideal for a couple. A baby cot can be provided.
Price range (May, June, July, Aug & September, 2009)
- Daily rate: 550HK$ per night + 10% service charge
- Weekly rate: 3,800HK$ per week + 10% service charge
- Monthly Rate: 12,900 HK$ + 10% service charge
- No monthly rate in October, Dec 14 to Jan 10
The two-bedroom Suites (500 Sq. Ft) have good open view and some have the sea view. They include 1double bed, 1 single bed, a separate sitting area, individual air-conditioning, 1 bathroom with tub/shower; they all have an equipped kitchen for simple cooking and all the facilities listed.
The two-bedroom Suites are comfortable for one couple and one adult/child (Total three people. However, one additional person can be accommodated by providing an extra foldable bed at extra rate.

- Daily rate: 650 HK$ per night + 10% service charge
- Weekly rate: 4,200 HK$ + 10% service charge
- Monthly Rate : 14,500 HK$+ 10% service charge

The three-bedroom Suites (700 Sq. Ft) have good open view and some have the sea view. They include 1 double bed, 2 single beds - all separate rooms with 1 bed in each room - a separate sitting area, individual air-conditioning, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, an equipped kitchen for simple cooking and all the facilities listed.
The three-bedroom Suites have one double bed and two single beds. One couple and two adults/children would be comfortable there. We suggest a max. of four persons, however one extra foldaway bed can be arranged if required.

- Weekly rate: 5,600 HK$ + 10% service charge

The Location
Olympic Terrace is located in West Kowloon and served by the MTR - we have 2 subway stations in the vicinity, and they are only 7-8 minutes away from the Suites - Olympic Station, west kowloon corridor, the new Nam Chong MTR/West Rail station and with fast direct access to both the Western Harbour Crossing as well as the Tsing Ma Bridge.
Proximity to Dragon Centre, New Kowloon Plaza, Golden Shopping Centre and more.
In order to get to the Suites from the Airport, you can take the Airport Express (Train) from the Arrival Terminal to the "Kowloon Station" and then cab it up from there. It would only take 8-10 Minutes by Cab from the Kowloon Airport Express station to the suites. If travelling in group of 3-5 persons or more, you may book the Airport transfer with us.
