Conditions of stay
Payment of account
All apartment charges are to be settled upon departure either by cash, or credit card, by the guests. For monthly stays, a deposit of one month's rental together with one month security deposit is payable on check-in. For yearly stays, a Security deposit of two month's rental and one month in advance.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees will not be charged on cancellations received 48 hours before the day of arrival at Siri Sathorn. Cancellations should be in writing, via e-mail, fax, or telephone message, if verbally cancelled, a cancellation number must be noted. No show or cancellations received less than 48 hours before the day of arrival, will be subject to 10% room charge from monthly rate.

Tuk-Tuks - The famous three wheeled motor scooters, with seats for 1 to 4 passengers, are everywhere and can be hailed from the side pavement.
