This Liceu Apartment is the perfect accommodation solution both for business and pleasure as it is located in the heart of Barcelona, near the famous Las Ramblas and walking distance from many of Barcelona museums and monuments, also well connected to the exhibition centre, the Fira, as well as to the city business areas.
The Liceu Loft apartment is part of a recently restored building, and it is the sister apartment to the Liceu A and B apartments located in the same building.
The interior decoration is modern and exquisitely refined with a personalized chic and basic touch that creates a stylish ambience with all the mod cons you need.

The living-room is fully furnished and decorated with carefully chosen items, with a chic sofa where you can relax in front of the LCD TV screen or chat with your family and friends. As part of the living room, there is a fully equipped open-space kitchen which invites you to enjoy breakfast and dinners in a cozy ambience. For your comfort there is also a dining table seating four.
The bedroom - with a double bed - is warmily decorated to create a cozy and comfortable ambience. Also equipped with plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings.
These bathroom is modern and tastefully decorated. Fresh towels for all guests are supplied.
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is on the sixth floor of the building, however the elevator only reaches the fifth floor, please bear in mind the need to climb one set of stairs when considering booking this apartment.
The Location
The location of this apartment gives you total freedom to move around in the city centre at your leisure, on foot, by bicycle, by bus or underground. Located in the historic centre, you only need to walk out the door of the building to find yourself enjoying a stroll on the ever popular pedestrianised avenue Las Ramblas.
The apartment are also very close to the Liceu and Drassanes metro stations, on the green line L3 which takes you to the exhibition centre La Fira, Plaça Espanya, Montjuic, the business area of Diagonal and Les Corts.

How to Get There From the Airport
• Taxi: 20/25 minutes depending on traffic.
• AeroBus: Aprox. 25/30 minutes. The aerobus stops in front of every airport terminal. Departures every 10 minutes. To reach the apartment, step off the aerobus at Plaça Catalunya and walk to the apartment.

- Check-in time is between 14:00 and 21:00
- Check out time is 11:00.
- Arrivals after 20:00 will have an extra charge of 25 Euros (payable in cash upon arrival)
- Arrivals after 23:00 will have an extra charge of 40 Euros (payable in cash upon arrival)
Prices
- Prices are based on a 2 persons occupancy;
- Extra charge for third guest of 20 EUR/day or 18 EUR/day in weekly stays;
- Extra charge for fourth guest of 20 EUR/day or 18 EUR/day in weekly stays;
- Prices do not include the obligatory cleaning fee of 50€ per stay;
- Guarantee deposit of 300€ required upon arrival; it will be refunded upon departure provided the apartment suffered no damages.
- 10% pre-payment due upon booking by credit card;
- Balance due upon arrival in cash or credit card;
- Credit card payments due upon arrival for stays in the Boqueria apartments have a 2% credit card fee on the balance amount.
- Credit card payments due upon arrival for stays in the Liceu Apartments have NO credit card fee.
- Prepayment (10%) is non-refundable.
- Less than 10 days before the arrival, we will charge 50% of the total amount of the stay.
- Less than 24 hrs or without previous cancellation, we will charge the total amount of the stay.
