Barcelona Short Stay Apartment
Girona Design 2A is a pleasant, spacious and quiet apartment which has been entirely refurbished in September 2007. Thanks to its vivid colours, its use of quality materials, its adequate decoration and its location in the heart of the elegant Eixample neighbourhood with its impressive 19th century modernist houses, it is the ideal location both to live the daily life among the locals and to explore the city and its historic spots on foot.
The Location
The apartment is located on Girona street, only two blocks away from Urquinaona Square and the famous Gran Via avenue. Plaza Catalunya and the Old City with the Ribera and Sant Pere area are only a few steps away. All around you will find the elegant and practical shops, restaurants and bars so typical of the Eixample district. You will arrive at the underground stops Urquinaona (red and yellow lines) and Monumental (purple line) within a five minute walk, though this location is also great to reach many places on foot.
The Apartment
This 90 m2 apartment is situated on a third floor (with elevator, though there are eight steps to do on foot). Its orientation towards the inner patio guarantees total tranquility. The livingroom with sitting and dining area is pleasant and comfortable with happy colours, and has been separated from the very well equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, all with lots of storage space for your personal belongings. The beautiful main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds and a small desk. Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower complete the offer.

Notes
- Stays shorter than 5 nights have a 40€ surcharge.
- Prices are valid for bookings for one or two persons. Any extra person pays 20 € per night.
- A global fee (20 €) for check-in and check-out will be applied to all reservations.
- Late check-in (after 20:00) and early check out /before 8:00), as well as check-in and check-out on Sundays, have a 30 € surcharge.
- Per stay there will be a cleaning fee of 60 to 90 €. This cleaning will be performed prior to your arrival.
- For an occupation of three people or more, an additional 5 € per person per cleaning will be charged.
- Upon arrival a guarantee of between EUR 100 to EUR 500 will be asked (depending on the apartment). This amount will be refunded in cash on the day of departure, if all conditions are met.
- For this apartment, price includes a weekly cleaning service for stays longer than two weeks, with change of bed linen and towels.
- Special rate for monthly rentals (minimum 2 months): 2750 € per month.
