Venice Short Stay Apartment
Duplex of about 130sq, sleeps 6 people, ground floor and 1° floor, private entrance.
The Nonsolo is a nice duplex apartment, located in the University district, a young and animated area, close to the boat stops and full of supermarkets, shops, daily fish and fruit markets but also nice coffee shops and restaurants.
The apartment has a charming atmosphere, thanks to the typical Venetian furniture and to its brick walls. On the ground floor the apartment features a wide living-room with a dining area and fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, fridge and microwave). On the first floor it has three double rooms (one with twin beds), two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower.
The apartment is also equipped with independent heating and air conditioning for total comfort in any season of the year.
The Location
Sestiere Dorsoduro, between Santa Margherita and piazzale Roma, the university area, a pleasant and quiet corner, offering several small and peculiar shops, cafés, restaurants. You can have a nice stop during your strolls at the welcoming campo Santa Margherita. Worth visiting in the neighbourhood, apart from the famous basilica dei Frari, is the beautiful San Pantalon church and Scuola Grande di San Rocco.

Prices
The total rental price includes:
- Rental cost of the apartment, furnished and equipped with all needs for a short breaks rental period.
- Welcoming service between 03.00 p.m. and 07.00 p.m.
- Initial and final cleaning of the apartment,
- Bed and bath linen,
- Consumption of electricity, gas, water and heating for stay shorter than 14 nights.
The total rental price does not include:
- Welcoming service after 07.00 p.m.;
- Consumption of utilities for stays of over 14 nights,
- Intermediate cleaning or the change of linen.
- Prices are based on a max. of 4 people occupancy, therefore the use of the sofa-bed has an extra supplement.
- Welcoming service after 7.00 p.m.(30 euros).
- Intermediate cleaning and change of linen and towels (15 euros per person).
- Welcoming breakfast basket (15 euros per person).
- Surprise basket -a bottle of Prosecco wine or other sparkling wine and typical Venetian biscuits- (30 euros).
Payments
- A 30% pre-payment has to be paid upon booking.
- The pre-payment can be paid by credit card of bank transfer.
- If by bank transfer, you have to send a copy of the transfer payment’s receipt within 48 hours to the accommodaiton manger by fax or email.
- The balance must be paid at least 20 days before the arrival date.
- For Last Minute booking (less than 20 days before the arrival date), to confirm the reservation you must pay the total rental price upon booking.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be communicated in written form;
- the 30% pre-payment is non-refundable;
- from 20 to 15 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total rental price;
- from 14 to 7 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of the total rental price;
- from 6 days to 1 day prior to the arrival date: 90% of the total rental price;
- the same day/ non-show: 100% of the total rental price.
