Madrid Short Stay Apartment
The Sibarita is a bright 60 m2 one-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of a 19th century completely rehabilitated property with elevator and porter.
The apartment is decorated with style and combines modern furniture with classic touches which give it a special feel of elegance and comfort. It features wooden floors, a spacious sitting room with an integrated, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a cozy double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a modern en-suite bathroom.
The Location
There are very few streets that being in the centre of town, also boast the tranquility and silence that you may enjoy here. The Sibarita apartment can be found in Marques de Cubas with Zorilla streets, one of the most privileged locations of Madrid, parallel to Paseo del Prado, Marques de Cuba, only ten minutes walking distance from the Retiro Park. Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol and of course the Barrio de las Letras with the famous Plaza de Santa Ana and all its tapas bars and theatres are just around the corner.
Additional Information
Check-in/out
a) It is possible to check-in starting from 2:00 PM (14:00) up to 11 PM (23:00). Earlier check-in may be possible but not guaranteed.
b) The check-out time is 12:00 AM (12:00) on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
c) The check-in process commences at the apartment’s address.
Prices
a) A minimum stay of 7 nights applies to all bookings.
b) Discounts may be arranged for large groups and long stays.
c) Government tax (VAT), tourist taxes and other taxes are included in all prices.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of 200 EUR must be made prior to check-in in cash or via a credit card authorization to be completed by the client. In any case 50 EUR will be retained for the final compulsory cleaning.
Booking Payments
a) 10% of the booking amount will be charged directly after the booking
b) 90% of the booking amount will be charged upon arrival or in any case before the check-in.
c) Payments upon booking may be made using either Visa or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
a) If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the check-in date, only the booking pre-payment (10%) will be retained.
b) If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less in advance of the check-in date, then 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained.
