The Apartment
Up and coming young Dutch architect, Renatto Perrotti has excelled himself with the interior decor and gorgeous layout of Eastern Park Apartment Suite VII. Thoughtful use of earth tones and metallic touches create an elegant and stylish space in the heart of one of Amsterdam's most interesting areas. The sofa has been custom made to change easily into a double bed and you can pull the curtain across to convert part of the living room area into a second sleeping space, making Eastern Park Apartment Suite VII a perfect getaway for four.
The feature walls and built in cupboards in rich browns accentuate the chic furnishings beautifully. Artful touches such as the eye catching pendant light, the Buddha, and the metal wave effect vase add to the glamour and luxury of this exceptional apartment. The white oval, designer coffee table adds to the modern overall ambience. A large flat screen TV, Blu Ray player and wireless internet are all provided for your entertainment and convenience.
With its wooden flooring and subtle use of wood and metals throughout, the whole apartment is a beautiful blend of the classic and the contemporary. A gleaming dining table with matching leather bar stool type chairs is perfect for dining and the kitchen is equipped to the highest standard. The master bedroom is comfortable but stylish with a black and white print of an Amsterdam canal over the two single beds. As you'd expect, the tiled bathroom is as elegant as the rest of Eastern Park Apartment Suite VII, with a shower and a bath.
This superb apartment is ideal for four non smokers. Perfectly proportioned and beautifully designed, it's right by the stop for the Number 9 tram, so your Oosterpark oasis is still within easy reach of the city centre.
Important Information
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will trigger the fire alarm. A false alarm will be fined.
Location Information
The apartments are located at the corner of the Oosterpark, Amsterdam’s first laid out green space in the 1880s. The Oosterpark may seem far from the city centre, but in reality it’s just a short tram (Tram 9) or bus ride away.
A variety of restaurants and cafés can be found alongside the park as well as the Tropenmuseum, which gives insights into Dutch colonial activities in the East Indies. Don’t miss out on the numerous Indonesian and Surinamese takeaways nearby the Linnaeusstraat.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- The pre payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
- Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start of the stay will be charged with 50% of the balance due.
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the stay or cancellation without prior notice "no-show";100% of the balance due will be charged.
- Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.
The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking if:
- If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
- If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or drivers license upon arrival.
- If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
- The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
- It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
- The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.
The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labour disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws.
In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.
If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
Limitation of Liability
The apartment provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a consequence of the client's use of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.
Occupants
Only persons notified to the apartment provider upon arrival may occupy the apartment. You may not re-let/sublet the apartment to any other third party without our prior written approval. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded without our prior written approval. The apartment provider reserves the right to refuse admittance to the apartment if this condition is not complied with.
Fair Use
You and your party agree to be considerate tenants and to take good care of the apartment(s) and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay. Except in the case of normal wear and tear you are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay, which has occurred due to the negligence, wilful default or irresponsible behaviour on the part of yourself or those occupying the apartment or their guests. Any damage must be reported to the apartment provider, without delay. You and your party also agree not to act in any way that could cause disturbance to the residents in neighbouring properties.
Alcohol, Drugs & Tobacco
The use of drugs and abuse of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. The use and possession of hard drugs is illegal and anyone suspected of either will be reported to the Police. In some apartments smoking inside is allowed, this is stated on the website. It is not allowed to smoke marihuana inside the apartments.
