What apartments are listed?

There are three main types of apartments listed at ShortStayApartment.com: Tourist Class, Style Class and Luxury Class. We aim to list good quality apartments and therefore are very selective when organising the listings, we only publish the apartments of agencies who fulfill our quality targets in terms of accommodation standards and customer service.

We encourage all users who have booked through our service to send us their feedback, this way we can actively manage our listings and maintain our quality standards. All feedback should be sent to feedback@shortstayapartment.com.

How does it work?

We aim to make the browsing experience as simple as possible, here's how the process works:

  • You select a location from the list we have just below the Logo and click the button List Apartments.
  • The apartments we have selected for that area are then listed with basic information, click on More Information or the photo to see more information on that particular apartment.
  • All the information we have is displayed clearly here along with a booking enquiry form. You can click on the photos for a larger version.
  • If you decide that you like the apartment and would like to book it, fill in the small form at the bottom of the page.
  • We then send this information to the administrators of the apartment who will contact you to organise the booking according to their availability.

How do I make a booking?

As mentioned in the previous question, you first browse through the apartments and select the one you want. Then you complete the Booking Enquiry Form listed at the bottom of the page of the apartment you are interested in. We then forward this to the administrators who will contact you to confirm the booking according to their availability.

How accurate are the descriptions and price?

We ask each of our accommodation providers to supply us with accurate and detailed information on each of their apartments. Prices may fluctuate however according to season and special offers, therefore we recommend confirming the final price with the agency, when they contact you, before making a booking confirmation.

If you find any prices or descriptions to be inaccurate we welcome your feedback and will act upon it. This way we can ensure the information is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Send all your feedback to feedback@shortstayapartment.com.

How quickly will I receive a booking confirmation?

When you fill out our Booking Enquiry Form we forward these details onto the provider immediately, they should then contact you as soon as they see the enquiry. This is as quick as sending them an email directly without the danger of the email ending up in the Junk mail. If however, you discover that a provider does not respond to your booking request we would like to know it. Please send us the details to feedback@shortstayapartment.com and we will do our best to discover what happened. It is important for us to find out if our providers are offering good service.

What if there are no apartments for the location I want?

We are constantly on the search for good accommodation providers in all the great destinations worldwide. If, currently, we do not have anything in the area you are looking for, we hope to have something soon enough.

How can I offer my feedback on the service I have received from ShortStayApartment.com and its partners?

We welcome all feedback from our users regarding our service and that of our accommodation providers; please feel free to write to us with any feedback or suggestions on how we, or our partners, can improve our service. How can I cancel a booking?

Once we pass on your enquiry to our accommodation providers, you are in their hands. After making a booking confirmation with a provider it is your responsibility to inform them directly if you wish to cancel that confirmation, and are liable to any penalties as described by the provider at the time of booking.

To avoid any later confusion, we recommend that you discuss the cancellation rules with the provider while making the booking confirmation. It is common practice to pay a deposit in order to confirm a booking, and this is often forfeited in light of a cancellation. If you receive any kind of poor service from one of our providers in this respect however, please don't hesitate to contact us at feedback@shortstayapartment.com.
