It's very simple.ShortStayApartment.com publishes your apartments for an unlimited period of time without any fixed costs. Only on confirmed bookings and once the guests have checked-out we charge you the agreed commission, calculated on the final amount of the booking.

How do I manage the ShortStayApartment.com bookings?

ShortStayApartment.com has developed a simple booking management system which you can access through your personal Backoffice (booking enquiries administrative system) online. Every enquiry your apartments receive is archived here; you will have access to these with the username and password that we will forward to you after signing up.

What is the commission on bookings?

ShortStayApartment.com receives the agreed commission on the final amount of the confirmed booking. This amount is invoiced to you once the guests have already checked in. Once a month we send you an invoice with the total commissions due and already checked-out in the previous month. On those enquiries that were received but from which no booking confirmation was achieved there is no commission fee.

What about cancellations?

You will be able to apply your own terms and conditions as you take all the payments from customers. When creating your listing, you will be asked to publish your booking terms and conditions.

Is there a fee for listing apartments with this scheme?

No, with this scheme there is no listing fee. You can list as many apartments as you like, provided they meet the SSA's standard requirements.

Are there any other costs involved with this scheme?

No, you pay a commission only when you receive a booking confirmation from one of our users. There is no listing fee, no sign-up fee, no lead fee and no other associated costs.

What are the pre-requisites I need in order to be listed?

In order to be able to list your apartments you must be able to:

  • Manage directly the apartments you wish to list.
  • Provide the final customer excellent customer service and assistance in situ (check-in/out, cleaning, maintanance, extra services).
  • Accept booking payments by credit card.
  • Provide high resolution photos of the apartments (minimum 675x506 pixels),
  • Provide detailed descriptions of the apartments.
  • Provide details of the amenities and services available.

How do I sign-up?

You can sign up online by filling in the form you see on our Join page or by email at admin@shortstayapartment.com.
You will then be contacted by email by our Account Manager who will help you prepare the material for publication. We will send you your username and password to enter your personal Backoffice control panel.

You will be able to insert your contact details, booking terms and conditions, apartments details. We will optimize photos and descriptions and send you a preview of your apartments for your approval; this is visible by you only and is not public at this stage. Once we have your approval we will publish the apartments online.

Who will own the rights to the material and how much control do I maintain over where this information is published?

ShortStayApartment.com respects the copyrights of the material (photos and descriptions) that our Parnters publish on our website. You can rest assured your apartments’material will not be published on other websites or pages that are not fully controlled by ShortStayApartment.com. What are my responsibilities to the final customer?

You are responsible for all charges with the final customer, considering ShortStayApartment.com merely a listing service through which you can freely display your products and services and directly manage contact with the end consumer.

For this reason, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information and the images published on our website correspond to the reality of the conditions and of the service offered.

ShortStayApartment.com wishes to maintain a high standard of apartments listed on the website, therefore any Partners who receive poor opinion and feedback from at least two users who stayed there will be deactivated.

How can I cancel my listings?

You can decide to cancel your agreement with ShortStayApartment.com at any time by email at admin@shortstayapartment.com. ShortStayApartment.com will confirm receipt of such email and will deactivate your listing within 2 working days from the request.
