- Directly manage high quality short-stay apartments in a professional way - listing websites are not accepted;
- Be able to offer the final customer excellent customer service in situ;
- Be able to accept booking payments by credit card;
- Be able to provide high resolution photos of the apartments (minimum 675x506 pixels);
- Be able to provide detailed descriptions of the apartments;
- Be able to provide detailed lists of amenities and services;
ShortStayApartment.com offer their services to apartments agencies and professional property managers, therefore partnership applications sent by private owners who sporadically rent their apartment out or listing pages will not be taken into consideration.
